Arden Cornford, BASc Metallurgy & Materials Science | Chairman, Director
Arden spent the first 17 years of his career working in R&D and Corporate Affairs at Dofasco Inc. Over the past 28 years he has served as an accomplished CEO/President/Director of a number of firms in the financial and healthcare sectors. Arden has a history of bringing strategy and vision to new ventures and building strong relationships with regulators and stakeholders. He is also on the Board of Directors of Pallas Metals AB, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Pallas Minerals Ltd.

Norman Thompson, BA | Chief Executive Officer, Director
Norman has over 40 years of experience in finance and accounting with a focus on mining and other natural resource industries. He currently serves as Chairman of Union Securities International Ltd., a natural resource focused advisory and capital markets firm based in London. Norman previously was Chairman of Union Securities Ltd. based in Vancouver from 1980 to 2012.

Gennen McDowall, BSc | Chief Operating Officer, Director
Gennen has over 40 years of international mining experience working with both major and junior companies focusing on uranium, diamonds, base and precious metals. He also has extensive experience in corporate governance through his work with several listed junior mining companies.

Jim Cuttle, P. Geo . | Vice-President, Exploration
Jim is a Consulting Exploration Geologist based near Osoyoos, British Columbia and has worked closely with a variety of public and private exploration and mining companies in Canada and Scandinavia for over 38 years with a specialty in gold, silver and base metals.

Victoria Thompson Bilinski, CPA, CGA | Chief Financial Officer
Victoria is an accomplished finance professional leveraging 17 years of experience in the financial services sector. She currently provides Chief Financial Officer services to junior mineral exploration companies.

Kevin Hisko | Company Secretary
Kevin was formerly a corporate securities lawyer with McCullough, O’Connor Irwin LLP, working with public companies in the natural resources sector. He has also worked for Bennett Jones LLP. Recently Kevin was appointed the Corporate Secretary at Africa Energy Corp.

Anthony Balme | Director
Anthony is an active participant in several resource ventures both in the public markets and private investing. He is Chairman of two private companies- Carter Capital, a resource investor, and Lymington Underwriting, an insurance underwriter at Lloyds of London. He is Chairman of Forum Energy Metals and a non-executive director of AIS Resources, both TSX-listed companies.

Andrew Knatchbull | Director
Andrew currently serves as a Finance Director at RAB Capital, a private corporation based in the UK that invests in a wide range of assets with a focus on junior listed and unlisted development opportunities.

Pierre Vaillancourt | Director
Over 20 years experience as a geologist in research, exploration and
project development, and as a financial analyst with expertise in project
evaluation, financial modeling and company analysis. Senior Analyst at
Haywood Securities. Previously Director at Laurentian Bank, Managing
Director at Macquarie, and Vice President at Orion Securities. Bachelor’s
Degree from Amherst College (Geology), Master of Science from
Western University (Geology) and MBA from Columbia Business School.

Jan Ola Larsson | Director, Pallas Metals AB
Jan Ola has over 30 years of experience in geology and mineral exploration in Canada, Brazil and Sweden. He serves as a Director of Pallas Metals AB, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Pallas Minerals Ltd. . Previously Dr. Larsson served as Head of Geochemistry at the Geological Survey of Sweden, LKAB Exploration Company and Barringer Research Ltd. . He was also Exploration Manager for Tetron Mineracao S/A and North Star Diamonds AB.
